About me

I'm Humayd, a product designer who believes the best products are held together by the parts you never see. Good design, to me, isn't decoration. It's a thousand small decisions that add up to something that simply feels right: coherent, considered, quietly trustworthy.

I specialise in design systems and the thinking behind them, the structure and strategy that let a whole team build without pulling in different directions. But I've worked across the full width of product design, and I still love the hands-on parts most: the flows, the interfaces, the small details that decide whether something feels effortless or awkward.

I also build things of my own. A good problem and a bit of curiosity get it going, persistence keeps it moving, and the payoff is making something that wasn't there before.
